Hi, glad you’re here! I am Nekea (nuh-key-yah).
As a clinician, I am aware of the ways intersectionality impacts our interactions in the world. I offer clients a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their identities, experiences, and emotions.
My approach to therapy integrates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, personalized to meet the unique needs of each client.
With certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and The Gottman Method, I am equipped to offer effective support tailored to address trauma, relationship issues, and a variety of mental health concerns.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and groups from various backgrounds, including diverse gender identities, ethnicities, and cultural perspectives. My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to inclusivity and collaboration.
I welcome you to schedule a consultation with me to see if we are a match. I’m excited about the possibility of meeting you!
